血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索偏头痛采用中药血府逐瘀汤加减治疗的效果。方法在2015年7月至2016年7月我院收治的偏头痛患者中随机抽取100例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分成观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组患者给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察两组患者的总有效率,血清CRP水平,大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉的血流速度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.00%)明显高于对照组患者(82.00%)(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗4周后的血清CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且大脑前动脉、中动脉、后动脉的血流速度较对照组更快(P<0.05)。结论在偏头痛的治疗中采用中药血府逐瘀汤加减的效果确切,有助于改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of migraine. Methods One hundred cases of migraine were randomly selected from the patients who were admitted in our hospital between July2015 and July 2016, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, and the control group was given conventional western medicine, then the total effective rate, serum CRP level, and the blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）;after 4 weeks treatment, the level of serum CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）, and the anterior and middle cerebral artery, posterior artery blood flowed more faster than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of migraine, modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is exactly effective, which can help to improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life, so it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
