摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉内支架植入术后并发症出现的原因及其相应护理措施。方法对于我科行冠状动脉内支架植入术出现并发症的48例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析术后并发症出现的原因,并对其有效的护理进行归纳总结。结果本组48例并发症患者中出现拔管综合征19例,穿刺部位出血或皮下血肿15例,假性动脉瘤6例,造影剂过敏4例,心律失常2例,急性支架内血栓形成1例,心包填塞1例,经相应治疗和护理均预后良好。结论对冠状动脉内支架植入术患者进行护理时,应积极预防,充分掌握患者术后并发症的发生原因,以有效降低并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the causes and nursing interventions of postoperative complications after coronary stent implantation. Methods The clinical data of 48 cases of patients with postoperative complications after coronary stent implantation admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The causes of postoperative complications were analyzed, and the effective nursing methods were summarized. Results The postoperative complications including 19 cases of syndrome of extubation, 15 cases of point-pricking bleeding or subcutaneous hematoma, 6 cases of false aneurysm, 4 cases of contrast medium sensitivity, 2 cases of arrhythmia, 1 case of acute stent thrombosis and 1 case of cardiac tamponade. All the patients were cured after corresponding treatment and nursing. Conclusion For patients treated with coronary stent implantation, it is necessary to take significant prevention and fully understand the causes of postoperative complications,so as to reduce the incidence rate of the complications.
