摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量右美托咪定复合异丙酚和瑞芬太尼用于腹部手术患者的麻醉的效果。方法将我院需行腹部手术患者96例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。两组患者均于术前30 min接受右美托咪定复合异丙酚和瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察组右美托咪定剂量为0.8μg/kg,对照组为0.4μg/kg。观察两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间及离开PACU时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为16.7%,显著低于对照组的43.8%(P<0.05)。结论 0.8μg/kg的右美托咪定复合异丙酚和瑞芬太尼麻醉有助于患者术后恢复,具有较高的安全性,可普遍应用于临床。Objective To investigate lhe effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and remifentanil in palienls undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods A lolal of 96 palienls with abdominal surgery anesthesia in our hospilal were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. All lhe palienls were treated with dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and remifentanil anesthesia al 30 min before surgery, lhe experimental group were given 0.8μg/kg dexmedetomidine, while lhe control group were given 0.4μg/kg dexmedetomidine. The anesthetic effects of lhe lwo groups were observed. Results The awakening lime, exlubalion lime and leaving PACU lime in lhe observation group were shorter than those in lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. The lolal adverse reactions rale of lhe observation group was 16.7%, which was significantly lower than 43.8% of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The 0.8μg/kg of dexmedetomidine complex propofol and remifentanil anesthesia can improve lhe anesthetic effect and shorten lhe awakening lime, il has highly security, which is worthy of clinical application.
