鼻内窥镜术治疗难治性鼻出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜术治疗难治性鼻出血的临床价值。方法选取我院2014年11月至2016年10月收治的难治性鼻出血患者108例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组54例。对照组使用无菌凡士林纱条鼻腔填塞止血,观察组使用鼻内窥镜术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗6个月后观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组失血性贫血、头面部疼痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的鼻窦炎发生率差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜术治疗难治性鼻出血的临床效果显著,患者疼痛程度低,安全性高。Objective To invesligale the clinical value of nasal endoscopic surgery in the Irealmenl of inlraclable epislaxis. Methods One hundred and eighl cases of palienls wilh inlraclable epislaxis admilled in our hospilal from November 2014 lo Oclober 2016 were randomly divided inlo observalion group and conlrol group, wilh 54 cases in each group. The conlrol group was lrealed wilh aseplic Vaseline gauze packing, while lhe observalion group was lrealed wilh nasal endoscopic surgery. The lherapeulic effecls, pain degree and complicalions of lhe lwo groups were compared. Results The lolal effeclive rale of lhe observalion group was significanlly higher lhan lhal of lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）; lhere was no significanl difference in lhe score of VAS belween lhe lwo groups before lrealmenl （ P 〉0.05）, and al 6 monlhs afler lrealmenl, lhe score of VAS in lhe observalion group was significanlly lower lhan lhal in lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）; lhe incidence rale of hemorrhagic anemia and head and facial pain in lhe observalion group were lower lhan lhose in lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）, and lhere was no slalislically significanl di^erence in lhe incidence rale of sinusilis belween lhe lwo groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curalive effecl of nasal endoscopic surgery for lrealmenl of inlraclable epislaxis is significanl, lhe degree of pain is low and lhe safely is high.
