摘  要:举重运动员的选材工作十分重要,特别是对于基层举重教练员,能通过科学有效的方法选拔出优秀的举重苗子,才能利于举重项目适应现代竞技体育发展方向和发展速度。完全靠经验选材明显不适应发展需要,选材成功率也很较低。掌握正确的、科学的、选材方法,能大大提高选材质量和选材的成功率,不至于浪费资源,影响被选运动员的发展方向和学习机会。经过学习、实践、总结,借鉴传统经验,总结六项科学选材方法:(1)年龄选材;(2)身体形态选材;(3)身体素质选材;(4)生理机能选材;(5)父母遗传因素选材;(6)心理素质选材。从目前我国举重项目选材的具体情况看,注重选材的科学性,理论和实践的统一性,选拔出的举重运动员,选材成功率高,出成绩快,适应当今世界竞技体育发展要求。Weightlifting athletes selection is very important, especially for the grassroots weightlifting coaches, through science, the selection of excellent weightlifting seeds and effective method, the study is to adapt to the modern competitive sports weightlifting development direction and speed. The today's talent selection way is not suitable for the development, and the success rate of talent selection is very low. Mastering the correct, scientific talent selection methods can greatly improve the quality of talent selection and the success rate of talent selection, not waste resources, affect the development direction and learning opportunities of selected athletes. After studying, practicing and summarizing, referring to the traditional experience, six scientific methods of selecting talent are summarized: (1) age selection; (2) body shape selection;(3) physical quality selection;(4) physiological function selection;(5) parents genetic factors selection;(6) psychological quality selection. From the current situation of Chinese weightlifting sport selection, we pay attention to the scientific selection, the unity of theory and practice, the selection of the talent lifter has high success rate, quickly reaching high level, to adapt to the development requirements of competitive sports in the world.
