摘 要:随着社会竞争所带来的各种压力日益趋增,体育运动成了人们释放压力的最佳选择,对减缓社会压力起到调控作用,但同时增加了自身的负担,因此必须对自身所承受的压力做出有效控制。在竞技体育训练过程中,训练强度是决定训练负荷的主要因素,也是影响比赛成绩的重要因素,需要进行合理有效的控制。训练强度控制需兼顾其重要性、针对性、合理性和移动性,以发挥其提高运动员成绩并保持长期性、减小运动员伤病与心理障碍的风险、巩固教练员与运动员之间关系的作用。训练强度控制有朝着"赛练结合"的方向发展的趋势。With the increasing pressure from social competition, sport has become the best choice for people to release their pressure. It plays a regulatory role in slowing down social pressure, but at the same time, it increases its own burden. Therefore, making effective control of the pressure is needed. In the process of competitive sports training, training intensity is the main factor to determine the training load which is also an important factor affecting the results of the competition, reasonable and effective control is needed. The control of training intensity should take into account the importance, pertinence, rationality and mobility, in order to play its role in improving athletes' performance for a long-term, reducing athletes' injuries and psychological barriers, and strengthening the relationship between coaches and athletes. The tendency of training intensity control is toward "combination of competition and training".
