摘 要:为充分发挥洗煤厂提质增效的作用,生产工艺由入洗筛分原煤改为全入洗。随着矿井开采条件的日趋复杂,原煤中细粒级煤含量越来越多,原重介洗选系统旋流器处理能力下降、分选效率降低、介质消耗大的弊端逐渐显现。运河煤矿洗煤厂对选前脱泥工艺进行系统研究,引入煤泥水浓缩截粗工艺,在实践应用中取得了较好的经济效益。In order to adequate exercise the quality and efficiency improving role of coal washery, the production technology of washing sieveraw coal replace the traditional washing.As mine mining conditions has become increasingly complex, more and more fine grained coal contentin raw coal, the heavy medium cyclone system processing ability decrease, separation efficiency reduce, the disadvantages of large mediumconsumption gradually revealed.Yunhe coal mine coal washery studied for the desliming process before the election, the introduction of slimewater concentration section coarse process,has achieved good economic benefit in the practical application.
