摘  要:为有效的降低矿井粉尘浓度,本文提出了活性磁化水降尘技术,研究了水喷雾、磁化水喷雾、表面活性剂水喷雾和活性磁化水喷雾对不同煤质粉尘的降尘效率,结果表明:水喷雾的降尘率为30.90%,磁化水喷雾的降尘率为67.20%,表面活性剂水喷雾的降尘率为80.96%,活性磁化水喷雾的降尘效率为88.60%。同时,研究了活性磁化水对不同煤种(气煤、肥煤和无烟煤)的降尘效率。In order to effective reduce the dust concentration,this thesis put forward the technology of using reactive magnetized water to re-ducing dust,and research on the different coal dust reduce with water spray,magnetized water spray,water spray with surface active agent andreactive magnetized water.Result shows that the dust reducing rate is 30.90% with water spray,dust reducing rate is 67.20% with water spraywith surface active agent,and dust reducing rate is 80.96% with reactive magnetized water,meanwhile research on the reactive magnetized wa-ter dust control rater to different kind of coal(bottle coal,rich coal and anthracite).
