摘 要:煤炭资源作为一种应用广泛的非可再生资源,对推动社会进步起到了重要作用。本文从地质、水文及煤层特征、技术工艺以及采前基础工作三方面,系统分析了影响回采率的各种因素,并且在集约型经济增长方式的理念指导下,从技术层面、管理层面及工作面特殊回采区域一一分析,提出优化矿井采面布局、改良采掘提升设备、提高地质储量技术人员专业素质、加强现场管理、高标准进行回采率考核、优化放顶煤步骤等应对措施,为煤炭企业提高回采率提供参考依据,有助于实现煤炭行业长远发展。Coal resources as a kind of widely used and non renewable resources has played an important role to promote social progress.Basedon the geological, hydrological and coal seam characteristics, technical process three aspects and basic work taken before, this thesis analyzesthe various factors influencing the recovery rate, and guided by the concept of intensive economic growth mode,analyzing from technical aspect,management level and working face special stoping area , put forward the optimization of the mine mining face layout, mining lifting equip-ment, improve the geological reserves and technical personnel professional quality, strengthen field management, put a high standards for as-sessment of recovery rate, optimize the caving step response, provide reference basis for improve the recovery rate of coal enterprises, help toachieve long-term development of the coal industry.
