摘　　要：通过对过去5年本地传送网、无线网、宽带接入网、数据网等海量规划、建设数据进行梳理分析,提出了适用于本地传送层面的综合评价指标体系。本指标体系直接与业务网紧耦合,全面呈现了本地网建网成本、网络能力,为集团/省/市公司全面进行网络对标提供了一个新的思路,为进一步提升传送网投资有效性指明了方向。Through the analysis of the massive planning and construction data of local transport network,wireless network,broadband access network and data network in the past five years,it puts forward a comprehensive evaluation indicator system suitable for local transport level. This indicator system which is directly coupled with the business network fully presents construction cost and network capability of the local network,and provides a new idea for the group/province/city company to evaluate the network situation. It indicates the direction for further enhancing the investment effectiveness of the transport network.
