摘　　要：BBU集中化部署对于网络提质增效具有重要的意义,结合某省网络评测情况,重点从统筹增量BBU和存量BBU,存量BBU迁移与集中化部署面临的问题及挑战、BBU集中对于本地传送网的需求等方面进行探讨,提出BBU集中化部署的总体策略和本地传送网应对策略,并分享了具体案例。对于各地开展BBU集中化部署和本地传送网的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。BBU centralized deployment is of great significance for China Unicom quality and efficiency. It combines the network evaluation,BBU,key problems and challenges from the existing BBU network access to the integrated service point migration are concentrated to the local transmission network demand and other aspects,put forward the construction strategy of the overall strategy and the corresponding local transmission network BBU deployment,and share specific case. It has certain reference significance for carrying out the centralized deployment of BBU and the construction of local transmission network.
