摘 要:含聚污水的水质特性决定了其在过滤处理中可加剧滤料层污染,甚至形成制约反冲洗操作的板结问题。以过滤过程中合理确定过滤速度为思路,建立了考虑滤料污染板结过滤过程的阻力表达式;基于污水过滤简化数学模型,考虑过滤阻力、孔隙率、含聚污水水量与过滤速度的关系,建立了含聚污水处理中均质滤料过滤过程的数学模型,并给出了其定解条件和求解方法;基于典型工况资料对模型进行了验证,为含聚污水处理过程中过滤速度的优化、滤料级配模式的设计提供了理论依据和方法。The water quality characteristics of produced water in polymer flooding(PWPF) can make the filter material layer pollution worse in the filtration treatment link,and they even lead to hardening problem that restricts the backwash operation.Taking the reasonable determination of the filtering velocity in the filtering process as the train of thought,and the resistance expression of the filtering process considering the filter material pollution and hardening is established; based on the simplified mathematical model of wastewater filtration,and considering the relationship among filtration resistance,porosity,the scale of PWPF and the filtering velocity,the mathematical model characterizing the filtration process of the homogeneous filter material in the PWPF treatment is established,and then its definite conditions and solving methods are given; based on the data of typical working conditions,the model is verified,which provides theoretical foundation and methods for the design of filtering velocity optimization and filter material grading pattern in PWPF treatment.
