摘 要:为了评估某海外拟建的长距离、大落差重油管道停输再启动的安全性,针对该重油管道的输送特点,通过理论分析和数学推导,提出了该重油管道停输再启动最危险站间选取方法。通过分析不同情况的大落差再启动问题,给出了大落差管段再启动数值计算方法。基于该计算方法,确定了重油管道的所有代表站间,对各代表站间的停输再启动过程进行了数值计算,并对计算结果进行详细分析,总结出该重油管道的停输再启动特性。对停输油温和再启动输量的分析发现,该重油管道无论停输多长时间均能顺利再启动,研究成果可为重油管道的安全经济运行提供技术支撑。In order to evaluate the safety of shutdown and restart of a long distance and large drop heavy oil pipeline which will be built overseas,and focused on the transportation characteristics of the heavy oil pipeline,through theoretical analysis and mathematical derivation,a selection method for the most dangerous pipeline station in shutdown and restart process is proposed. By analyzing different large drop restart problems,a numerical calculation method of the large drop restart pipeline section is proposed.Based on the calculation methods,all representative stations of the heavy oil pipeline are determined,and the shutdown and restart process of each station are numerically calculated.The calculation results are analyzed in detail and characteristics of the shutdown and restart process for the heavy oil pipeline are summarized.The analysis of shutdown oil temperature and restart throughput finds that no matter how long the heavy oil pipeline shuts down,it would be able to restart successfully.The research result is expected to provide technical supports to improve the safety and efficiency of the heavy oil pipeline operation.
