摘 要:注水是实现油田长期稳产和高产的重要技术手段。目前在油田地面建设中大力推广一级或一级半布站模式,采用枝状串联注水流程,对注水井井口计量及调配注水量的准确性与稳定性提出了更高的要求。针对此情况,构建了注水井远程SCADA调控系统,该系统集计算机、无线通讯、自动控制技术于一体,采用两层架构设计,以注水井井场数据采集设备为下层检控单元,对生产现场进行数据采集和调控;上层为监控中心,可对所属的注水井进行集中管理,实现井口远程计量和调控,以达到精细、平稳注水的目的。Water injection is an important technical means to realize long-term stable and high production in oilfield development.At present,one-stage or one-and-a-half stage station arrangement is vigorously promoted in oilfield ground construction,and cascade water injection process is applied.It puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy and stability of monitoring the water injection production data and allocating water injection flow.In view of this,the remote SCADA control system for water injection wells is constructed.The system which with two layers of architectural design integrates computer,wireless communication and automatic control technology in one,the first layer is data acquisition equipment in water injection wells,collecting and controlling the production data,the second layer is the monitoring center,centralized management of the water injection wells,remote measurement and control of the wellhead,and ultimately achieve the purpose of fine water injection.
