校企文化互动视域下的学生职业精神培育探究

摘　　要：高职院校学生的职业精神,是校企文化内涵在文化育人的实践过程中对学生产生积极影响而形成的。通过对校企文化互动形式展开研究,并制定相应的校企文化育人策略,能够帮助高职院校学生实现其职业精神的正确形成。探析校企文化内涵及特征,并对校企文化互动在学生职业精神培育中的作用进行分析,以及系统化地对校企文化互动的目的性、互动性和实践性展开研究,进而提出了基于校企文化互动的高职学生职业精神培育策略,以期达到通过探究校企文化互动、构建校企文化育人平台而提升学生职业精神的研究目的。The professional spirit of students in vocational colleges is formed with the positive influence of the connotation of school and enterprise culture on the students’ practice in the process of cultural education. Through the study of the school-enterprise culture interaction form, and formulation of the corresponding school-enterprise culture education strategy, it can help the students of higher vocational colleges to form their professional spirit correctly. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the school and enterprise culture, and the role of this interaction in the cultivation of the students’ professional spirit and the systematic study of the purpose, interaction and practice of this interaction, and then puts forward the strategy of cultivating professional spirit of vocational college students based on the interaction between school and enterprise culture in order to realize the purpose of researching the students’ professional spirit by exploring the school-enterprise culture interaction and constructing the educational platform of school- en-terprise culture.
