摘  要:目前,我国大部分高压电力线路的建设多数还采用铸铁金具,铸铁金具为导磁材料,每年在金具上的电磁损耗极大,造成了大量的浪费针对大庆油田35~110 k V输电线路电能损耗严重的问题。从原理上分析了常规铸铁金具与电能损耗的关系,以及节能型金具的节能原理。大庆油田宋南110 k V架空线路长度20.5 km,采用节能金具后,经验算和权威部门的检测,每年可节约电能17×104k Wh,约合12.67万元。At present, most of China's most high voltage power line construction is made of cast iron fittings which is magnetic materials. Electromagnetic loss every year on the hardware is great,which results in huge waste. In view of the serious power loss of 35 k V ~ 110 k V transmission line in Daqing oilfield, the relationship between conventional cast iron fittings and electric energy loss is analyzed in principle, and the energy saving principle of energy-saving fittings is analyzed. The Song Nan 110 k V overhead line in Daqing oilfield is 20.5 km length. After adopting the energy saving fittings, by testing experience and authoritative department, 17 × 104 k Wh electricity can be saved, which is equivalent to 126 thousand and 700 yuan.
