摘　　要：以习近平同志为核心的新一代中央领导集体,在领导中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设进程中,凭借对中国社会主义经济运行与发展规律的科学认识与把握,创造性地提出了许多新范畴、新理念、新理论,对马克思主义政治经济学理论作出了重大创新与贡献,丰富与发展了中国特色社会主义理论体系。从经济学视阈看,对政府与市场关系的新突破、经济发展新常态、经济发展新理念、精准扶贫、对外开放新战略等新范畴、新理念与新理论的提出,都极大地促进了马克思主义政治经济学理论的现代化和中国化,形成了一套颇具中国特色的社会主义经济理论体系,如导航的灯塔一样,科学地指引社会主义航船乘风破浪,勇往直前。In the process of leading China's reform and opening up and the socialist modernization construction, the new generation of central collective leadership centered on Comrade Xi Jinping has relied on the scientific understanding and grasp of China's socialist economic operation and law of development to creatively propose a number of new categories, concepts and theories, making significant innovation of and contribution to Marxist theory of political economics and enriching and developing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of economics, the proposal of new breakthrough of the relationship between the government and the market, new norms in economic development, new ideas in economic development,precise poverty alleviation, new strategies for opening up to the outside world and other new categories, new ideas and new theories has greatly promoted the modernization and sinicization of Marxist theory of political economics and formed a set of theoretical system of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. Like the beacon of navigation, these new categories, concepts and theories are scientifically guiding the socialist boat to sail in the wind and march forward courageously.
