摘　　要：根据实际项目,介绍具有柱倾斜及高强螺栓节点施工错误两项施工偏差的新建钢框架教学楼结构安全性检测与鉴定的工程项目,通过对柱垂直度偏差与各层层间位移的测量、节点连接检测、梁挠度测量及承载力验算等,对该教学楼的结构安全性等级进行评级,并提供加固措施及原则,同时也为类似项目的检测鉴定提供建议,可为同类型项目提供参考。The objective of this article was to introduce an example for inspection and appraisal of safety of a new steel frame classroom building with angular deviation from a vertical plane of a column and construction error of the joint of high strength bolt. Based on the testing of the vertical deviation of the column and displacement between the layers,the joint,the deflection of beams and the computation for the bearing capacity of the whole steel frame classroom building,the level of the safety of the structure was given,the methods and principles for the structure reinforcement design were also given,and some suggestions for the inspection and appraisal of safety for the similar project were proposed.
