摘　　要：QAR数据是飞机众多数据记录形式的一种,数据来自于机载的快速存储记录器,其特点是数据量大、数据种类多,目前QAR数据已经越来越受到航空公司的重视。地面站是发动机监控系统的地面部分,其主要作用是接收飞机上的数据并对数据进行处理分析,实现对发动机的状态监控和故障诊断等功能。国内在地面站方面的建设才刚刚起步,通过对国内外相关标准和建设指南的研究,提出一套基于QAR数据的地面站发动机状态监控系统的设计方案,给出了地面站建设的总体要求,并根据要求设计了地面站的部分功能。QAR data from QAR（Quick Access Record）which carries large amount and various kinds of flight data is a kind of flight records and has been paid more and more attention by the airlines.The GSS（Ground Support Station）,which is used to receive and process flight data in order to establish such functions as condition monitoring and troubleshooting,is the ground module of engine condition monitoring system.China is an icebreaker in GSS area,a design of GSS engine condition monitoring system is given based on the worldwide related standards and guides,in the meantime,the general requirements of GSS establishment are listed and parts of main functions are designed according to them.
