地热用波纹管换热器的结构设计及仿真分析

摘　　要：地热用波纹管换热器主要是用于换取地下温泉的热量。重点介绍了波纹管换热器的结构设计及换热分析,基于湍流模型和PISO算法对波纹管内的流场和温度场进行了瞬态计算,目的是为波纹管换热器的研发提供理论分析和数值模拟依据。This paper mainly introduces the structure design of corrugated tube heat exchanger and heat transfer analysis,and the corrugated tube heat exchanger is mainly used to realize the heat exchange for underground hot springs.By using the turbulence model and PISO algorithm,the transient calculation of the flow field and temperature field of corrugated tube is carried out,to provide theoretical basis for research and development of corrugated tube heat exchanger.
