摘  要:针对接管安全端焊缝出现损伤后的水下修复提出了基于局部干式环境创建的维修方法,设计了整体式筒体密封结构、双气囊结构、维修机械手以及辅助机构,并研制了样机。试验结果表明:局部干式环境的创建符合预期,能够提供与常规焊接类似的作业环境,可减少焊缝因急冷而出现脆化的问题;整体式的筒体密封结构可降低内部零部件自身防水性能的要求,从而提高选型自由度;维修机械手运动不受水环境干扰,可提供更高的作业精度,满足水下维修作业需求;整套系统结构紧凑,工艺控制简单,能够为水下维修作业提供稳定的干式作业环境。For the underwater repairing after the damage of the nozzle safe-end welds,the maintenance method of creating the local dry environment was proposed.The integral sealed tube structure,the dual airbags structure,maintenance manipulator and the auxiliary mechanism were designed.The prototype was developed and manufactured.The experimental results show that the local dry environment can meet the expectation and can provide the same working environment as the conventional welding,which can reduce the embrittlement of the weld due to the rapid cooling.The integral sealed tube structure can reduce the requirement on internal parts′their own waterproof performance,which improves the freedom of selection.The movement of the maintenance manipulator without interference from the water environment can provide higher operating accuracy,to meet the needs of underwater maintenance operations.The whole system is compact and the process control is simple.The stable dry operating environment can be provided for the underwater maintenance operations of the nozzle safe-end welds.
