摘　　要：以数控技能大赛一典型赛件为例,通过设计工装、优化走刀路线,确定了针对该零件的装夹方案及加工参数,提出了在数控车床上加工复杂曲面薄壁零件的详细加工方案,对类似零件的加工具有参考意义。Taking a typical part which is a complex thin-walled part in CNC competition as example,this article determines the clamping scheme and processing parameters of the part through the frock design and feeding line optimization,and puts forwars a detailed schem to process the part on a numerically controlled lathe.This work may provide some reference to process similar parts.
