摘　　要：以FANUC0i-D数控系统、FANUC专用伺服驱动装置及伺服电机配置进给伺服系统为例,通过进给伺服驱动系统的梯形图程序编制和系统参数设置,介绍了进给伺服驱动系统的调试步骤和方法,并列举了进给控制系统常见故障及排除方法,为维修技术人员提供参考。In this paper,a CNC feed servo system is taken as an example,which includs FANUC 0 i-D numerical control system,FANUC special servo drive and servo motor.Based on the ladder diagram programming and system parameter setting of the feed servo drive system,the debugging steps and methods of the feed servo drive system are introduced.In addition,the common troubles and troubleshooting methods of feed control system are listed,which can provide reference for maintenance technicians.
