聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯的合成及阻燃性能

摘　　要：以甲苯和丙烯酸为原料,合成了一种阻燃单体——丙烯酸五溴苄酯,收率92.8%,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征确证。并聚合成高分子阻燃剂聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯,其性能经TG-DTG表征。采用极限氧指数(LOI)测试研究了聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯对环氧树脂(EP)的阻燃性能。结果表明,聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯的T5为341℃,500℃残炭率为13.42%,具有很好的热稳定性及一定的成炭能力。聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯的用量为20%时,聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯20-EP的LOI为29%,阻燃级别为难燃。A reactive flame retardant pentabromobenzyl acrylate, was synthesized using toluene and acrylic acid as the raw materials with yield of 92.8%. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. A brminated polymeric flame retardant poly（pentabromobenzyl acrylate） was synthesized and the property was characterized by TG-DTG. The flame retardation of poly（pentabromobenzyl to epoxy resin（EP） was investigated by LOI test. The results indicated that T5 of poly（pentabromobenzyl acrylate） was 341℃ and carbon yield of 500℃was 13.42%, respectively. The flame retardant level of poly（pentabromobenzyl acrylate） 20-EP was fire-retardant（LOI=29%）with poly（pentabromobenzyl acrylate） dosage of 20%.
