摘  要:研究了填料助剂及发泡助剂对软质PVC接触材料的蒸发残渣影响。采用蒸馏水、20%乙醇、4%乙酸和正己烷分别模拟水、酒、醋及油类浸泡介质对制备的软质PVC接触材料进行浸泡处理,温度分别为60、60、60和20℃,时间均为0.5h,测定其蒸发残渣并进行对比分析。在采用填料助剂时,粒径越小蒸发残渣含量越少,蒸发残渣主要影响在4%乙酸和正己烷中,在制备耐酸PVC材质时,添加量应控制在10 mg/L以内;而在制备耐油材质时,添加量应至少控制在40 mg/L以上,以降低其蒸发残渣量。采用化学发泡剂制备PVC可以降低蒸发残渣量,在制备耐酸软质PVC接触材料时应添加少量填料,而在制备耐油软质PVC接触材料时应适当多添加。To investigate the impact of soft PVC materials on the evaporation residue,which include fillers additives and foaming additives.It is measured evaporation residue and comparative analyzed which Using distilled water,20%ethanol,4%acetic acid and n-hexane were simulated water,wine,vinegar and oil immersion medium to soft PVC contact materials were prepared by soaking,under the temperature was 60,60,60 and 20℃respectively and time for 0.5 hours.The main influence of evaporation residue in hexane and 4%acetic acid and the smaller the particle size of evaporation residue content is less When using filler additives.The added amount which the PVC materials in the preparation of acid should be controlled in less than 10mg/L;However the added the amount should be controlled at least 40 mg/L when in the preparation of oil resistant material in order to reduce the evaporation residue.Conclusion It can reduce evaporation residue which using chemical foaming agent.It should be added to less filler of prepared acid soft PVC material,but add more when preparation of oil soft PVC material.
