摘 要:近年来,马唐在稻田危害加剧并上升为主要杂草。采用整株生物测定法初步诊断11个马唐种群对稻田常用的6种茎叶处理除草剂的敏感性。结果表明,马唐对精唑禾草灵、氰氟草酯、双草醚较敏感,田间推荐高剂量、50%剂量下鲜质量抑制率基本达90%以上。在此基础上进一步测定不同马唐种群对3个不太敏感药剂五氟磺草胺、二氯喹啉酸、唑酰草胺的抗性水平发现,马唐对唑酰草胺、五氟磺草胺产生了低水平抗性,并且3个种群对这2种药剂同时具有抗性。Digitaria sanguinalis occurrence in rice fields is seriously increasing thus becoming one of the principal weed species. We conducted whole-plant bioassays to test the susceptibility of 11 Digitaria sanguinalis populations to six post-emergence herbicides frequently used in paddy fields. All D. sanguinalis populations tested were sensitive to fenoxaprop-p-ethyl,cyhalofop-butyl and bispyribac-sodium; fresh weight of D. sanguinalis seedlings was inhibited 90% by the herbicides at 0. 5 × the labeled dose. We further tested the resistance factors of different populations to penoxsulam,quinclorac and metamifop. We found that D. sanguinalis has evolved low resistance to penoxsulam and metamifop. Moreover,three D. sanguinalis populations with multiple-resistance were found.
