摘　　要：天津市国家级高新技术企业(简称高企)在天津经济发展中发挥着重要作用。2016年,在市委市政府的正确领导下,在各区县、各部门的大力支持下,政策体系不断完善,减免了税收,降低了企业负担,我市2016年高企数量大幅增长,为经济和科技进步提供了有力支撑。以2016年火炬统计调查的国家级高新技术企业为研究对象,从高企分布、高企人力资源投入、高企经营发展状况、高企科技活动情况和高企政策享受等5个方面进行分析。The national new high-tech enterprise in Tianjin has animportant effect on the economic development of Tianjin. In 2016,the significant rise of the amount of the new high-tech enterprisesin Tianjin gives a powerful support to the progress of both the city’s economy and technology. This paper analyzes the new high-tech enterprises involved in 2016 Torch Statistical Survey and tries to make a conclusion in enterprise distribution,human resource input,development status,technology condition and application policy.
