摘 要:提出采用基于状态的动态优化维修模型对变压器实施维修,该动态维修模型把变压器的维修阈值当作一个随运行时间和维修次数动态变化的阈值函数,在每次维修之后,采用"修正因子"对变压器的比例失效函数进行修正,再利用最大可用度法优化计算每次维修的故障率阈值,并带入状态维修阈值函数,进而实施新一轮的维修。根据某型号变压器的历史故障数据和油色谱监测数据,利用MATLAB软件对该动态维修方式进行了验证分析,结果表明该动态维修方式能更好地反映变压器的运行状况,维修具有很好的实效性。This paper proposed the condition-based dynamic optimization model to carry out maintenance for transformer. This dynamic maintenance model regarded the maintenance threshold as a threshold function varying with running time and maintenance times. After each maintenance, the “correction factor” was used to correct the proportional lose effcacy function, to calculate the threshold using maximum availability method and to substitute it into condition-based maintenance threshold function to start the next round of maintenance. According to the historical fault data and the oil chromatography monitoring data of certain type of transformers, this paper used MATLAB to carry out check analysis for the dynamic maintenance method. The results show that this dynamic maintenance method preferably refects the running state of transformers with good maintenance effectiveness.
