摘　　要：对倒置式电流互感器运行中常见的金属膨胀器喷油或爆炸现象进行了分析,指出了产品存在设计不合理、生产工艺不达标及出厂试验把关不严等问题,并针对该问题提出严格控制工艺标准,提高出厂试验标准等整改措施,提高了该类型倒置式电流互感器产品的出厂质量,排除了该类型倒置式电流互感器运行时产生的安全隐患。Analysis was made to the common metal expander oil injection or explosion phenomenon in the operation of inverted current transformer. There were several problems such as unreasonable product design, substandard manufacturing technique and undetected prede-livery test. In allusion to these problems, this paper proposed the strict control technological standard to improve the predelivery test standard etc countermeasures, which improves the outgoing quality of this type of inverted current transformer product and eliminates the potential safety hazard when the inverted current transformer running.
