摘  要:[目的/意义]互联网已成为农产品质量安全突发事件信息传播的重要平台,呈现出信息规模庞大、分散、无序等特点,需要将这些孤立、零散分布的海量信息汇集起来,以便从整体上把握突发事件的发展态势。[方法/过程]提出了一种基于增量聚类的农产品质量安全突发事件自动跟踪模型,给出了基于Single-Pass的增量聚类算法框架,并通过引入时间距离来改进聚类间的相似度计算方法。[结果/结论]实验结果表明,改进后系统的漏报率和误报率都有明显降低。本模型可有效地对农产品质量安全突发事件进行动态关联追踪,有助于提高农产品质量安全突发事件应急管理水平。[ Purpose/Significance] The Internet has become an important platform for the dissemination of quality and safety emergencies of agricultural products, which has the characteristic of large scale, decentralization and disorder. To grasp the overall situation of emer-gencies , there is an urgent need to bring together this isolated, scattered and distributed mass information. [Method/Process] An automat-ic model for tracking agricultural product quality safety emergencies based on incremental clustering was proposed, and a framework of in-cremental clustering algorithm based on Single-Pass was presented, in which the similarity between clusters was improved by introducing time distance. [ Results Conclusion] The experimental results show that the misses and false alarms of the improved system are significantly reduced and our proposed model can track the crisis events of quality and safety of agricultural product. Thus, it is helpful to improve the emergency management level of the quality and safety of agricultural product.
