摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对学术期刊多属性评价过程中指标权重获取的问题,提出一种基于因子分析-DEMATEL定权法的期刊综合评价模型。[方法/过程]考虑到评价指标间一般存在相关共线并相互影响的关系,首先利用因子分析消除指标间的相关共线性,并确定指标的客观权重;然后引进DEMATEL方法分析各指标间的相互影响关系,由此确定指标的主观权重并对客观权重进行修正,得到指标的组合权重;最后,基于组合权重对期刊进行综合评价。[结果/结论]以图书情报类期刊为研究对象,研究结果表明,该方法能够充分综合主观与客观两方面的权重,是一种有效的权重确定方法,对期刊的综合评价是科学可行的。[ Purpose/Significance] In order to get the reasonable and objective index weights in multiple attribute evaluation of academic journals, this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation model of journals based on factor analysis and DEMATEL weight method.[Method/Process] Considering the collinear and interactional relationship among the evaluation indicators, firstly, this paper uses factor a-nalysis to eliminate the correlation between the indicators and determine the objective weight of the index. Then, the DEMATEL method is used to analyze the mutual influence between the indexes, the subjective weight of the indicators is determined and the objective weights are corrected. Finally, comprehensive evaluation of journals is established based on the combination weight. [ Result/Conclusion] Taking the journals of library and information science as the research object, the results show that the method can fully integrate the subjective and objective aspects of the weight, it is an effective weight determination method, and comprehensive evaluation of the journal is scientific and feasible.
