摘 要:35CrMo钢是一种常用的中碳低合金钢,其碳当量较高,焊接接头具有较大的冷裂纹倾向和热影响区性能恶化的可能性。对比两种不同预热温度下较低热输入超窄间隙MAG焊接头的微观组织和硬度分布,发现小幅度提高预热温度能小幅提高焊缝区和热影响区的强度,接头各区未出现异常组织,且完全避免了不完全正火区的软化。35CrMo steel, a common medium-carbon low-alloy steel, has a larger tendency of cooling crack anda probability of performancedeterioration in HAZ because of high carbon equivalent. In this paper, we compared microstructures and distribution of hardnessbetween two welded joints which had been preheating from two different temperatures. It was found that a small increase of preheatingtemperature could increase the strength of weld zone and heat affected zone slightly, and no abnormal microstructure was found in alljoints, and the softening of incomplete normalizing zone was completely avoided.
