摘 要:在已搭建的双逆变变极性TIG焊接电源系统平台上,为保证电源的正常使用,设计了一种适用于变极性电源的TIG焊的接触式引弧方式,该方式将整个引弧过程分为接触阶段、维弧阶段和电流缓升三个阶段。接触阶段和维弧阶段的电流大小、电流变化速度都是可调节的。实验证明,该引弧方式不仅能应用于TIG焊变极性电源而且也适用于脉冲电源,并且有效避免了传统电源中接触式引弧常见的钨极烧损和电流过冲问题。Based on variable polarity TIG welding power system platform in the dual inverter has been set up on the power supply, inorder to ensure the normal use of the design, the contact type for a variable polarity power supply TIG welding arc, the whole process isdivided into short circuit arc stage, arc stage and the current slow rise three stages. The current value and speed of the short stage andthe main stage can be changed as needed. The experiments have proved that the arc ignition is suitable for not only the variety polaritysource but also can apply on pulse current source, without any obvious tungsten weariness and arc extinguish, and the arc ignitionsuccess rate is quite high.
