摘  要:星载主动式气象遥感载荷是一种新型气象遥感仪器,与被动光学微波气象遥感载荷相比,其拥有距离向分辨能力,且不受地表背景辐射影响,可实现云、雨等气象要素的高精度三维立体探测,对提高数值天气预报精度、增强灾害性天气的预警预报能力等有着重要意义。未来星载主动式气象遥感载荷将与现有的极轨、高轨被动气象遥感载荷组成完整的气象观测体系,实现对地高频次、高时效、大范围的气象观测,能够大幅提高我国气象观测水平。简要介绍国内外星载主动式微波气象遥感技术的发展现状,总结提炼其中的关键技术,给出星载主动式气象遥感载荷的发展趋势,为我国相关专业的发展提供参考。Spaceborne active microwave remote sensing payload is a new type of meteorological remote sensing instrument, which has an ability of range resolution, unlike the passive optics meteorological remote sensing payload. At the same time, it is not affected by the earths surface, so it can implement the three dimension detection of cloud and rain meteorological elements with high precision, which means high significance on the resolution improvement of digital weather forecast and the ability enhancement of disastrous weather prediction. The spaceborne active microwave remote sensing payload together with the existing polar and high orbit passive meteorological remote sensing payloads will form a complete meteorological system, which can realize the high frequency, high efficiency and large-scale meteorological detection. The researches of precipitation radar have been carried out successfully in China. This paper mainly introduces the development status of active remote sensing technology at home and abroad, summarizes the key technologies, and analyzes the development trend of spaceborne active microwave remote sensing payload, which can provide some references to the development of the related technologies.
