摘 要:探索不同枝条年龄和生长调节剂对藤茶(Ampelopsis grossedentata)扦插的影响,找出最适合扦插的枝条年龄以及生长调节剂种类和浓度。结果表明,藤茶一年生枝条各项生长指标都高于二、三年生枝条,大量生产时应选用一年生枝条作插穗;用20 mg/kg吲哚丁酸处理藤茶一年生枝条,其不定根长度、发芽数、高生长、生物量、成活率表现最优,用40 mg/kg吲哚丁酸处理藤茶一年生枝条,不定根上发出的侧根数最多。从总体上分析,生产中用20 mg/kg吲哚丁酸处理藤茶一年生健壮枝条效果最理想。To explore the age and growth regulators on its influence in the process of cutting Ampelopsis grossedentata, main-ly in order to find the most suitable cutting branches of the age and the type and concentration of growth regulators. The re-sults showed that the growth index of annual branches of the A . grossedentata were higher than the two or three year oldbranches袁 a large number of production should select annual branches as cuttings;when treating A. grossedentata annual branch with 20 mg/kg IBA,the performance of adventitious root length, germination, growth, biomass, high survival rate are optimal,when treating A. grossedentata annual branches with 40 mg/kg IBA,adventitious roots from the lateral root number got most. From the overall analysis,20 mg/kg IBA treatment for annual robust branches of A. grossedentata is most ideal in production.
