摘  要:双质量飞轮(DMF)能有效地降低传动系的扭转振动,该产品的开发引起了各厂家高度重视。产品开发的起点是获取准确的顾客需求,按照顾客的需求开发产品。文中通过向5类"顾客"发放调查问卷,用亲和图法(KJ法)对顾客需求进行整理归类,获取了顾客对双质量飞轮的8类16项需求,并利用层次分析法(AHP)计算顾客需求重要度,得出了DMF产品的顾客需求重要度排序,为开发出满足顾客需求的双质量飞轮产品提供参考。Double mass flywheel (DMF) can effectively reduce the torsional vibration of the driveline,the development ofDMF products has drawn great attention of manufacturers.The starting point of product development is to obtain accuratecustomer requirements, and develop products in accordance with the requirements of customers. In this paper, five typesof "customers" is asked to participate in the questionnaire, the customer’ requirements are sorted out with the affinitymethod (KJ method), and we obtained8 categories of 16 requirementsfor dual mass flywheel. Finally,the analytichierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the importance ratings of customer requirements,and obtain the order ofimportance of customer requirements for DMF products.This study provides references for developing double massflywheel products which can meet customer demand.
