穴位贴敷配合四磨汤口服液治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷配合四磨汤口服液治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将95例FD患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组47例。治疗组采用穴位贴敷配合四磨汤口服液治疗,对照组采用口服奥美拉唑肠溶囊和枸橼酸莫沙比利片治疗。治疗4星期后,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗1星期后,治疗组愈显率和总有效率分别为20.8%和54.2%,对照组分别为40.4%和66.0%,两组愈显率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4星期后,治疗组愈显率和总有效率分别为81.3%和89.6%,对照组分别为61.7%和72.3%,两组愈显率和总有效率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷配合四磨汤口服液是一种治疗FD的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application plus Simo decoction oral liquid in treating functional dyspepsia （FD）. Method Ninety-five FD patients were randomized to a treatment group （48 cases） and a control group （47 cases）. The treatment group received acupoint application plus Simo decoction oral liquid and the control group, oral administration of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and mosapride citrate tablets. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the groups after four weeks of treatment. Result After one week of treatment, the cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 20.8% and 54.2%, respectively, in the treatment group and 40.4% and 66.0%, respectively, in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure and marked efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After four weeks of treatment, the cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 81.3% and 89.6%, respectively, in the treatment group and 61.7% and 72.3%, respectively, in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in both the cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application plus Simo decoction oral liquid is an effective way to treat FD.
