新形势下高职院校低值易耗品管理创新策略研究

摘　　要：在高职院校当中低值易耗品的需求量相对较大,同时也是保证高职院校正常运行的重要物质保障。尤其是在最近几年当中随着扩招的不断发展,高职院校的学生数量不断增多,这就导致对于低值易耗品的需求量不断上升,在这样的背景下,做好低值易耗品的创新管理具有非常重要的意义。但是从总体上来看,目前阶段我国的高职院校在低值易耗品管理方面还存在着一定的问题,例如,对低值易耗品管理的重要性认识不足、采购随意、领用制度不完善、管理人员素质不高等问题。基于此种情况,在本文当中笔者进行了必要的研究,并总结了对应的解决策略。In the higher vocational colleges, the demand for low-value consumables is relatively large,and also the important material protection to ensure the normal operation of vocational colleges.Especially in recent years, with the continuous development of enrollment, the number of students invocational colleges is continuing to increase, which led to the demand for low-value consumables rising.In this context, doing a good job of innovative management of low-value consumables has a veryimportant significance. However, on the whole, there are still some problems in the management oflow-value consumables in China's higher vocational colleges at present. For example, the lack ofunderstanding of the importance of low-value consumables management, the quality of management isnot high and so on. Based on this situation, in this article, the author carried out the necessaryresearch, and summed up the corresponding solution strategy.
