老油气田地面系统面临的问题及改造对策分析

摘　　要：中国石油天然气集团公司大部分主力油气田已进入高含水开发和高采出程度的"双高"开发期,开发难度越来越大。为保持老油气田地面系统有效生产能力,保证已建地面生产设施安全平稳、经济高效运行,确保油气田可持续发展,加大老油气田地面工程改造力度和资金投入是十分必要的。分析了老油气田地面系统面临的主要矛盾和问题,阐述了老油气田改造应坚持的指导思想和原则,介绍了老油气田改造项目的分类——按改造效果分为设施完整类、优化运行类、产品增值类、管理提升类等4类。最后,提出了做好老油气田改造工作的对策及建议,对各油气田开展相关工作具有指导作用。Most of the major oil and gas fields of China National Petroleum Corporation have entered into the'double high'development period with high water cut and high recovery,and have developed more and more difficultly.In order to maintain the effective production capacity of the old oil and gas field system,and ensure that the ground production facilities have been safe and stable,cost-effective operation and sustainable development,it is necessary to increase the intensity and capital investment of the old oil and gas field.This paper has analyzed the main contradictions and problems faced by the old oil and gas field system,and has elaborated the old oil and gas field transformation should adhere to the guiding ideology and principles,also has introduced the classification of old oil and gas field reconstruction project—According to the transformation effect is divided into four types:completing facilities,optimizing operation,producting valuble category,promoting management.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the reconstruction of the old oil and gas fields are put forward,which can guide the relevant work of oil and gas field companies.
