摘　　要：介绍了超大齿距刺辊针布柔性分梳的原理。大幅降低纵向针尖距可减少纤维损伤,薄尖可提高穿刺能力,弧齿负底角可加强排杂。在实际生产中应用于细绒棉、差别化纤维,实现了柔性分梳理念,使纱线质量稳定,强力得到明显提高。T he soft carding m echanism of tak er-in clothing w i th oversiz ed tooth pi tch is introduced. B y greatlyreducing the longi tudinal needle point distance, the fiber can be less dam aged. T he thin tips can im prove theim palem ent abi l i ty of the clothing. T he m inus base angle of the curved tooth can help to remove the im puri ties.T he practical resul ts on carding fine staple cotton and di fferential fiber show that this clothing can ful fi l l the softcarding, and the yarn quali ty is stable and i ts strength is im proved rem ark ably.
