龙眼叶片中3种黄酮类物质含量的比较分析

摘  要:以福建主栽的7个龙眼品种的嫩叶为材料,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别测定了龙眼嫩叶中的绿原酸、芦丁和槲皮素等3种黄酮类物质的含量,并比较分析了不同龙眼品种间3种黄酮类物质含量的差异性。结果表明,7个龙眼品种叶片中芦丁含量显著高于其他两种物质。不同的品种3种黄酮类物质的含量差异显著,绿原酸含量最高的品种是"石硖",芦丁含量最高的是"苗翘",槲皮素含量最高的是"冬宝9号"。龙眼叶片中3种黄酮类物质含量因品种不同而异,推测可能是由于不同品种的类黄酮物质合成途径中相关基因的表达差异引起的。7 famous longan cultivars in Fujian were picked as study objetives, and their flavonoids in leaves weredecteted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) technology. The study results showed that the mainflavonoids in leaves are rutin, quercetin and chlorogenic acid, and the content of rutin is the most abundant. Thecontent of rutin, quercetin and chlorogenic acid showed significant difference in7 cultivars. The cultivar "shixia" hasthe highest chlorogenic acid content, the rutin cotent in "miaoqiao" and "wulongling" are higher than others, and"dongbao 9 hao" has the highest quercetin content. The results indicated that the main biosynthesis pathway is rutin inlongan leaves, and the pathways are distrinct in different cultivars. It should be concluded that the difference offlavonoids was due to the characteristic of cultivars, and the expression patterns of genes involed in flavonoidsbiosynthesis could be different among cultivars.
