天台乌药散加减治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察天台乌药散加减治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选择60例女性压力性尿失禁患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组采用口服天台乌药散加减治疗及盆底肌训练,对照组采用盆底肌训练,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者72 h尿失禁次数、日常生活的影响程度、肝郁肾虚症状改善显著优于治疗前,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗依从性较高,未见明显不良反应。结论天台乌药散加减治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of Tiantai Wuyao decoction addition and subtractionon the treatment of fe-male stress urinary incontinence. Methods 60 cases of female patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group（n =30） and control group（n =30）. The observation group was treated with oral Tiantai Wuyao decoction addition and subtraction and pelvic floor muscletraining. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training.The treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （76.7%, P〈0.01）. The number of urinary incontinence in 72 h, the influence degree of daily life, the improvement of liver and kidney defi-ciency of two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment and the effect of observation group was better than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. The treatment compliance of the two groups was high, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Tiantai Wuyao decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence has significant effect, and there are no obvious adverse reactions.
