摘　　要：作为贫困人口较为集中的省份,陕西省在"十三五"时期的脱贫攻坚任务十分艰巨。以洋县白石村为例,帮扶措施实现的减贫成效及贫困户满意度均有所提高,但是在贫困户自身、帮扶主体、政策实施过程中还存在一些问题,需进一步强化方案的设计和规划,因地制宜,分类研究,筑牢帮扶保障体系,精准施策,创新产业扶贫模式,狠抓脱贫成效,落实主体责任,拓宽扶贫渠道。To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of our poverty alleviation work, the research group carried out two deep household investigations in the counterpart support village. It can be found that the supporting measures of poverty reduction and sat-isfaction of poor families were improved, but there still exist some problems in the poor families, the helping subject and the process of policy implementation. It is necessary to strengthen the design and planning of the scheme, adjust the measures depending on local conditions, classify the research , build the supporting security system, implement policy precisely , innovate the industrial poverty alleviation mode, pay close attention to the poverty alleviation effect, fulfill the principal obligation, and widen the channels of poverty alleviation.
