摘　　要：毛泽东一生对农民教育工作进行了艰辛探索,有效提升了农民思想和文化水平,保障了中国革命和建设事业的伟大胜利。毛泽东对农民教育工作的探索体现了中国共产党人深厚的农民情怀,意蕴了当前我国实施乡村振兴战略和决胜全面建成小康社会,一是要高度关注农民教育;二是农民教育要以维护农民利益为落脚点;三是农民教育内容要有针对性和方式方法的多样性。Mao Zedong carried on the arduous exploration to the farmer education in his whole life, which effectively promoted thought and the culture level of the farmers, and guaranteed victory of the Chinese revolution and the construction cause . Exploration of Mao Zedong on the farmers’ education presents the peasant feelings of the Communist Party of Chinese, implies the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the comprehensive well-off society. It is essential to pay close attention to the farmer education; the e-ducation of peasants is to safeguard the interests of farmers as the foothold; the contents of farmer education content should be targeted and diverse methods and ways.
