摘  要:在公共管理视阈层面来看,对于人口老龄化带来的社会压力,延迟退休可以有效缓解此问题。实施延迟退休政策造成的影响是使不同人群的收入差异化。退休人口数量的增多和人口老龄化趋势的加强给基本养老保险基金带来更大的支付压力,也给我国社会保障机制带来更大的挑战。At the perspective of public administration, the delayed retirement can effectively alleviate the social pressure caused by the aging of population. The impact of implementing the delayed retirement policy is to differentiate the income of different groups of people. The increase of the number of retired people and the strengthening of the aging trend of the population will bring greater payment pressure to the basic endow-ment insurance fund= and also bring more challenges to our social security mechanism. Through the in -depth study and analysis of the postponement of retirement policy= this paper concludes the problems that need to be paid attention to and gives some sugges-tions for implementing the policy.
