摘　　要：媒体融合发展是国家战略,行政学院学报作为学术媒体的组成部分,融合发展正当其时。媒体融合发展打破了学报传统出版的定位体系,在新的生态体系中重新学报定位已成现实要求。媒体融合语境下学报的办刊宗旨、编辑队伍、内容信息和传播方式等发生了巨大变化,为更好地适应新常态,使学报形散而神不散,全方位、多梯度、大纵深和宽视野的学报定位就显得必要且不可或缺。精确性及其保障、方向性及其归正、动态性及其适应和多样性及其适从,是对行政学院学报融合发展定位的哲学思考。The development of media convergence is a national strategy. As an integral part of academic media, it is vital to catch up with the integration development. The development of media integration breaks the oriented system of traditional publishing of jour-nals, and the orientation of journals has become a reality requirement in the new ecological system. Great changes have taken place in the context of the media convergence, the journal aim, editors, content information and communication. In order to better adapt to the new normal, we guarantee the journal development is stable, and it is necessary and indispensable to orient the journal from all dimen-sions ,multi- scale, great depth and broad view. Meanwhile, this paper mainly discusses on the accuracy and security, and orientation, dynamicity and adaptation and diversity which are philosophical thinking on journal integrating development orientation.
