摘 要:2017年,公立医院全面开启以取消药品加成为引擎的综合改革,而拖欠药品及卫生材料购置款、药品加成等,曾是公立医院维持经营的重要法宝。而医疗改革是切除公立医院经营顽疾、造福城乡居民身心健康的必由之路。本文从解析丹东市公立医院面临的困境和问题入手,探讨如何创新机构设置、整合资源配置、完善现代管理制度、加大人才队伍建设力度、加强信息化平台建设等具体应对策略。The comprehensive health care reform driven by cancelling the drug price addition is started in state-owned hospitals in 2017. Traditionally, drug and hygienic material payment default and drug price addition are means for many hospitals to maintain their business. In this study, the dilemma and problems of state-owned hospitals in Dandong facing the health care reform are analyzed. Accordingly, some measures including innovating institution establishment, integrating resource association, improving modern management system,strengthening the talent team and constructing information platform are proposed.
