王氏湿疹方超声雾化熏洗对肛周湿疹疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察王氏湿疹方超声雾化熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将肛周湿疹患者60例随机分组,对照组30例给予涂擦地塞米松乳膏,观察组30例给予王氏湿疹方超声熏洗。2组均以7 d为1个疗程。结果观察组治疗后第1,2,4周的评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)明显优于对照组(73.33%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论王氏湿疹方超声雾化熏洗治疗肛周湿疹简单有效,价格低廉,安全性高,易于被患者接受。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic fumigation of Wang＇s eczema in the treatmentof perianal eczema. Methods The control group was treated with dexamethasone cream. The observation group wastreated with Wang＇s eczema. Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment. Results The scores of thefirst, second and fourth weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05） . The totaleffective rate （93.33%）in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （73.33%） , thedifference was significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Wang＇s eczema side misty fumigation treatment of perianal eczema issimple and effective, low price, high safety, easy to be accepted by patients.
