前列解毒胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前列解毒胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征患者100例,采取抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用前列解毒胶囊联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用盐酸坦洛新治疗,对2组患者的疼痛症状、慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、白细胞(WBC)、生活质量等临床指标及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组患者经过治疗后疼痛症状评分、WBC、NIH-CPSI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列解毒胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征临床疗效优异。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the forefront detoxification capsules combined withtylosine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods 100 cases of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome were enrolled in our hospital from June 20 toJune 2017,and 50 cases were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method. The control group wastreated with the first detoxification capsules combined with levofloxacin. The observation group was treated with the firstdetoxification capsules combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin hydrochloride. The pain symptoms,NIH-CPSI （chronic prostatitis symptom index）,WBC （white blood cell）,Quality of life and other clinical indicatorsand the incidence of adverse reactions were scored and compared. Results The scores of WBC and NIH-CPSI weresignificantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group （P〈0.05） . The quality of life of the patientsafter treatment was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in theincidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The forefront of detoxification capsulescombined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvicpain syndrome clinical efficacy is excellent.
