基于长三角城市群的上海全球城市非核心功能疏解

摘　　要：综合考量上海建设"全球城市"的愿景、"五个中心"的定位,及其在长三角城市群区域职能分工的现实,未来上海的核心功能主要应有六大核心功能:创新功能、管理功能、商业功能、枢纽功能、信息服务功能以及文化交流功能。围绕这些核心功能进行城市建设,将能集中优势资源,发挥上海的龙头作用,带动长三角城市群的协同发展。Comprehensively considering the construction of Shanghai ＂global city＂vision,＂five centers＂positioning,and its regional division function reality in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,in the future,Shanghai should have six core functions：innovative functions,management functions,business functions,hub functions,information services and cultural exchange functions.Surrounding with these core functions,urban construction will be able to concentrate on the advantages of resources,play a leading role of Shanghai,and promote the development of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
